The Bridge was founded in the millennium 2000’s way back in Taiwan. The Bridge Founder Peggy & Jessie laid the foundation of The Bridge in Taiwan. Due to its popularity, The Bridge in Hong Kong opens its door to customers in the spring of 2002. It was the only pub in Hong Kong, which was open 24 hours, to cater to a broad and mixed group of customers to enjoy a comfortable place to talk, eat, drink, relax, meet friends (24×7), and especially on the weekends after midnight, to party around the clock! The bar and kitchen were open 24 hours, the first and only bar in Wanchai to provide this service. The menu offers many reasonably priced western and Asian dishes and snacks of excellent quality. The bar distinguishes itself by its amiable staff, quick and attentive service, and easy-going crowd in a simple modern design…..
In April 2011, it was shut down and reponed again after 11 years of waiting on Thursday, 11 August 2022, in the heart of Wanchai’s happening spot.
